(Loved trope) Thar robot doesn't have the right to be that hot

SCORPIO - Star Wars

Elesh Norn - Magic The Gathering

Wagon - Toqger

And i'm talking about robots that actually look like robots. Not "androids" with perfectly human looks.

What even could be the context for this scene

[u/L3XAN → u/nyitraibotond]

He's just showing off his new gold plating. As for why he's doing it coquettishly, that's an outstanding question with no clear answer.

C3PO has to be sent undercover as a "companion bot" (sex robot but only hinted at because it's a kinds cartoon) with Padame to basically lure Councillor Wiebwab while she steals some documents or something to prove she's a Separatist. This is another adult directed joke that implies he got a tit job to look like a girl robot. (He only had is voice changed and has a smoother front panel to easier hide the data disk they want to get)

I thought he just got his gold paint coat (since he was silver last we saw him)

[u/LongLiveSoup → u/One_Hunt_6672]

No it's what I said or made up

[u/Pleadis-1234 → u/One_Hunt_6672]

Wooosh

[u/Lemmingitus → u/nyitraibotond]

His parts are no longer showing. Now it's like he's wearing lingerie.
