So yesterday I posted about shaving the beard for the first time in years.

I’ve found this experience to be really rewarding the more I lean into it. I still have hard times and bad days and struggles but the joy when it works is so wonderful.

I personally do like you with some facial hair, though not as long as in the before. That said, if being clean shaven works for you, go for it! You look great either way, and you definitely look WAY more comfortable in the clean-shaven, which is the most important thing!

You have almost an identical beard shape to me, though yours connects around the mouth a bit better when it grows out, so thank you for the hope mine will fill in.
