I mean, it really depends on the version but id ssy the more modern contemporary megatron wouldnt support most traditional forms of classism or "functionalism" and theocracies since in multiple cintinuities the decepticons were formed by him out of a hatred for both those thing and many of the cons are actually formerly oppressed classes like the cassetes or cold constructed bots.

Now specism on the other hand . . .

How he feels abkut humans varies from outright hatred, to apathy, to only caring aboht them as much as they can be an easy tool to distract autobots by endangering them.
