Skill Help Some questions about my begins
Hello everyone! I need some feedback to experience with my tulpa
The thing is, I just started diving into this fandom a couple of days ago, completely ignorant of how it works. I've read a ton about this niche, on subreddits, tulpa-focused forums, and even on websites created primarily for helping with tulpas. So, while I'm familiar with the intricacies of what's written online, I'm completely unfamiliar with the nuances of our individual experiences with tulpas. Just tell me if I'm doing everything right or if my actions are more like "ask into the void."
Let me start by saying that I haven't even had to change my routine to have time for active forcing. I can do it early in the morning before going to university (for about half an hour), or even spend a couple of hours after coming home from school, and it's not limited to that, since I'm usually awake at night and can probably handle an hour of active forcing. I spend all my time at home alone except in the evenings, but even so, I'm simply a socially excluded individual in my dark room, where a priori nothing changes, only I myself try to introduce some variety with varying success. That is, with the necessary effort, I can actively force in the evenings too; I just need to work on my concentration and learn to ignore the surrounding noise better
True, as you might have guessed, I'm a lazy person, but I'm hopeful. My inner self has decided to grant free will to my tulpa, meaning the angel of my soul has every means to manipulate its appearance, name, voice, and perhaps even its personality. Of course, with an initial support of some Makisa Kurisu, it could change its form to suit my desires, but then I would experience dissonance and resentment, since I would passionately desire to see a living, flesh-and-blood assistant before me. However, perhaps I was being disingenuous, since I did give it its appearance temporarily. It's a three-dimensional sphere of white, glowing light with spikes all over its "body." It's very convenient to use this form at first, because then you don't need to worry about the ball's shape detailing (that might sound rude to her, yes, she's a girl). She flies through the air, has excellent speed, and loves to "frolic" (bending her shape around spaces, even changing her Y coordinates up and down on the spot, like some NPC ghosts in, say, Spooky's Jumpscare Mansion). Sometimes she blinks in response to questions, and then white flashes appear, like in the cartoon Bendy when he's surprised and jumps in fear, eyes wide open. But she doesn't do that on her own yet; I have no idea if she's even breathed in my direction.
Roughly speaking, during passive forcing, I imagine her, this sphere I so incredibly love, floating around me in the same room or on the same street, even though I'm not very good with solid geometry. I walk down the street, imagining her next to me; I sit among people, imagining her nearby, but I don't feel her presence. At first, I talked to her casually, and that was all my passive forcing. Actually, at a certain point, I reached a dead end, and my head became filled with questions about the correctness of my passive forcing, which forced me to stop talking to her like that, as if I were simply monologued with myself, as usual (this, too, may be an important detail; I often monologue with myself, even calmly doing it in public, and I don't care. I hope I don't get a second tulpa, otherwise it will be somehow uncomfortable). Active forcing is difficult for me; I still haven't found my zen, meaning the process feels terribly awkward, like a cow on ice. I feel a bit ridiculous, my concentration is fading, and I'm embarrassed. I sit on my bed, with a chair facing me opposite. I close my eyes, imagine a ball in front of me, and communicate. It's usually 95% my own wild thoughts and 5% questions for her. Of course, I don't get answers, so I try not to answer for her. I tried a couple of times to establish a tactile connection with her, but it was unsuccessful. Thoughts of mentally drinking tea with her, playing cards, and other idle things kept popping up. Please, wise mentors, I need guidance
I apologize for my poor command of the language, it is not my native language

Hey! I'm the host of the Omega system. Keep doing what you're doing! I know it can be frustrating, or even embarrassing, to talk to yourself and get no response. That's how it was for me, too. But don't get discouraged! My tulpa started talking on day 9.
At first, it might feel like you're just talking to yourself and answering your own questions, but don't worry, that's normal. Over time, things will gradually change, and she'll start responding almost automatically, without you having to come up with the responses yourself or feeling like you're the one generating them. Sometimes, it might even take longer to get a response, but the key is not giving up and being patient.
The same goes for other skills like possession, imposition, Wonderland, and shifting. Patience and consistency are important for all of them. Even if you practice all day, you won't necessarily see results right away.
Isha: Don't worry! All tulpas are different when it comes to their abilities and how long they take to respond. At first, my host thought he would hear my voice out loud, but by day 9, he realized that wasn't the case. It's more like a thought-like voice that you hear only in your mind, almost as if someone else were thinking for you.
Also, don't worry if you don't do active forcing regularly. Passive forcing helps a lot, too! Your tulpa is always listening to you and paying attention to what you do.
Shy: Good luck!!!

I would suggest interacting with her, especially roleplay. Set her up in various scenarios in your imagination and do roleplaying between each other or NPCs. As you do that, explain everything to her as understandably as possible and suggest her options. You might feel her reacting a bit differently to some outcomes, or some would feel "right", go along with those. It trains your tulpa that she can rely on her host and that she has her own agenda, while being entertaining.
With Thirteen (my tulpa) we were playing all kinds of scenarios, and it quickly became clear that she preferred to be in charge and she really cares about me. Of course when she was younger, it's hard to participate fully, but you still get vibes from them. If I offered her to be a servant or a knight, she always chose more dominant position, for example.
Explain everything. Tulpas have 0 experience from the get go and have to learn how to respond or interact with you. Tell her "if you want to say yes, touch me here" or "I like your presence, think you can manifest it more?", etc
Don't be afraid to give her a form. Tulpas can easily change them later down the line when they get more mature, so it's not a big deal, but for you it would be much easier to interact with her if she has a nice form.
Also nice of you to set her up as fully free. When I was starting out that wasn't the norm and considered reckless not to set up any kind of "protection". Just keep in mind that you may end up with a dominant, powerful tulpa, so be ready to be pulled into sloppy french kisses later down the line.
And give headpats

Weird to see this described as a "fandom". Some of what you said isn't clear... are you OK with her changing her form, or not? You should be... And, you describe her doing things, so why do you say they're "not on her own"?
You really don't need to worry about "correctness". Talking to her and interacting with her is all you need. Letting those questions get in your way doesn't help anything.
What questions do you actually have? You didn't ask any....

I'm not against her shapeshifting, but for now I've given her a placeholder to interact with. Regarding actions, we haven't established contact yet; there's been no response. Basically, everything is strictly controlled by my imagination right now; the tulpa hasn't manifested yet. It's natural for someone encountering such practices for the first time to feel out of place, even after reading a ton of guides and understanding the topic perfectly. Imagine being a schoolchild who, as new topics come up, always asks the teacher whether he did the right thing or not

My experience comes from writing. I inadvertently created a tulpa by writing extensively about a character, so if you haven't tried that yet, it might be worth a shot.
You don't need to sit down for a two-hour session as if you were a Tibetan monk. You can talk to your tulpa about things that catch your interest as you go about your daily life, or narrate and explain what you're doing. If you have the time and the inclination, you can certainly try dedicated sessions, but, in my view, consistency is the key.
A little bit every day is worth far more than an occasional, long session.
