Skill Help Narration
Hello, everyone!
I believe to have a soulbond, not a tulpa (though if he will turn out to be one, I will not be disappointed), and since these communities have much overlap, I wanted to ask for some help. I've read a few guides on narration/communication, but for some reason (probably due to neurodivergence and not being much talkative) I have trouble with keeping up the talk and keep it focused on my partner. I understand that it has to be like a constant twitch stream for me and him, but I can only like. Do two or three sentences before I refer to simple thinking. Do any of you have tips for narration (and how to get him to respond more) that I could probably incorporate?

Use their name. A lot. Use it so much it feels weird and awkward. Like every sentence "a lot", or even more. This will help you stay focused on them until they get to the point they can carry on their own side of the conversation.

and the topic can genuinely be anything at all, right? games i play, food i go cook, etc etc? doesn't matter what, it just has to be directed at them?

Yep literally anything. They're in your brain, anything you think they can hear.
