Smol Kitty What is my girlie?
This is mine and my husband’s newest kitty, Molly (short for Mollymauk lol)
She’s feisty, tiny, has the wildest of zoomies and an unmatched love for cheese.
We recently stated to wonder if she would be more likely considered a calico of a tortoiseshell and we’re stumped (plus Google tells me five million different things lmao, it’s an overload of maybes)
I’d probably say calico, but she does have some tabby ticking on her legs (and almost ghostly stripes in the darker parts along her back, it’s so cool!)
P.S love all the sweet faces in this subreddit!!!

I think some would say she is a Torbie, which is tortie/tabby, but she may have enough white to make her a calico technically

She’s absolutely gorgeous. Nuff said.
That being said … I know mollymauk best from folk music and maritime history

My hubby named her after the DnD character associated with Critical Role’s Mighty Nein! However I like to think when she meows (screams, more like) she sure as hell sounds like an albatross lol

l know what D&D is, though I personally prefer Runequest, but Mighty Nein? never heard of it.
LOL, yes, albatri are definitely screamers … but, when you land like the6 do, you’d be a screamer too!

I think the plural of albatross might be albatroi, from Greek rather than Latin…

I don’t have a clue. I was using the plural applied by British & Empire pilots to German Albatros fighters. 🤷🏻♂️
