Question Mid terms question

Hi- fresher here- sorry if this sounds silly but do you get mid terms for all your modules or does it depend on if the lecturer wants to give u one or not?

It depends; look at the assessment strategy in module descriptor or under assessment tab in Brightspace

Hi, sorry for the silly question but in assessments I just see assignments, quizzes et cetera. Are there are notifications in case one has a midterm/or a timetable where you can see the dates?

If you look in the module descriptor (usually on home page of Brightspace) scroll down to “how will I be assessed”, expand it and then you should see the assessments and timings, eg “essay, week 7”. But usually there’ll be a deadline set for each assignment on the Brightspace page too. HTH

Depends, I have two midterms for one module, on Thursday and mid November. I have another midterm next Thursday for another module. My four other modules don’t have midterms.
