City Carrier Discussion City carrier OTDL

How does OT get evened out at the end of the month? If they don’t make it even amongst carriers do they have to pay me the amount that I was deficient?

Not month, quarter.

They equalize you on opportunities first. (You get OT and the guy that got more than you doesn’t)

It’s not some automatic payout. Sorry

If it is not equitable at the end of the quarter, management gets a whole nother quarter to make it so. If they still fail, sometimes payments can be made.

End of the quarter and they have the next quarter to make it equitable before they’d have to pay you out.
