Brendan and Joel

Went to the first 9 shows without Jake (west coast tour in March). When a Jake solo came up, Brendan would do the solo and Joel would pound out the rhythm on his Rhodes.

Watched the live streams from Nashville this weekend and saw Joel taking over some of the leads with his Moog and Brendan doing the rhythm. Loved it! sounded awesome and happy for Brendan to get a break from doing every lead. Very happy with this configuration - even love having Joel back on the "Gold Side"

Yes! I've been listening along too. Love how they're forming a new sound, and exploring jams that fit with the components they have. They are patient with development, and are layering pretty well together.

If BB can get a looper pedal going for certain sections (think like nemo solo) I think it will also unlock a shit load of additional potential as well. But, I have been loving this new run!!

Joel had a nasty solo on the recent run during N2f that is normally reserved for guitar. Crushed it!

That’s a great call out. I was listening to the Nashville shows today and said “damn Joel” out loud a few times haha. They are really playing inspired right now. Especially N2 🤘🤘
