Is there a difference between CIS 112 and WRD 112?

I know they give the same credits but is their a difference in the class material and or difficulty

Cis you have to do community service as a part of the class and a podcast with it wrd doesn’t

Thank you, would you say Wrd has more English assignments to make up for that or is it just less work

Not really in wrd there is one easy speaking assingment at the beginning a paper and a group project for the final

WRD has more writing and CIS has more public speaking. There is still a little bit of both in both classes. I would say its like 65/35 split of public speaking or writing for depending on what you pick.

CIS is communication, lots of public speaking
WRD is writing and iterating mostly
