Just got approved!

Hi y’all! I just got approved for the card yesterday. Capital One says it’ll take around 7–10 business days to receive the physical card, but I have a two week international trip coming up and leave Monday.

For those who recently got approved, how long did it actually take for your card to arrive? Also, is there a way to access a digital version of the card or add it to Apple Pay before the physical card arrives?

i got my card approved on a wed night, shipped out thurs morning, arrived monday afternoon but if ur closer to virginia it should be faster

I live in the same area and got approved the night of 9/20 and received my card via FedEx on 9/23.

If I need it right away I call and have them send out one that’s expedited usually no more than 4 days

I got approved last friday, got the card this past monday. I think I just got really lucky lol

I recently got approved for it too and it took about 3 days to get to me. They ship it via FedEx overnight!

Yes, go through the app and you can get the virtual version of it. I don’t believe you can add the virtual card to your Apple Wallet though.

I was approved on Friday last week and had the card on Monday.

You could call and request them to expedite the shipping which usually comes via fedex.

Congrats! I got approved Tuesday night and the card arrived via FedEx today!! (For reference, the card shipped from Virginia and I am in NY) Good luck 🤞🤞

I was approved on 9/20/26 and received my card via Fedex and 9/23/26.

And, yes, I believe I immediately had access to a digital version of the card right after approval. It think it’s a situation where you have to create a new “version” of the card for every vendor, so I never ended up using it and just waited for the physical card and added it to ApplePay.

Also, if you’re wanting to use it for the airport lounges, I think you can immediately use your card for C1 lounges, but it took a few days/week (maybe?) to be able to set up my Priority Pass.

you can usually add it to apple pay right away through the capital one app, just go into the wallet section and there should be a virtual card option. mine showed up in the app like an hour after i was approved.

the physical card took about 5 business days for me but that was domestic so ymmv. if you're cutting it close monday is tight but you might get lucky if they ship it fast.

To add the VX card to your Apple Wallet, you'll need the physical card FYI as I just did this recently.

Hey! First off Congrats! I just got approved last week on the 7th and got my card through fedex this past monday so it was pretty quick.

As far as adding the virtual card to apple wallet, I actually tried that and it didn’t work for me. But give it a shot and see.

UPDATE: I got the card basically 36 hours after applying! Super pleased I’ll get to work toward my 4000$ spending goal on my trip 😂
