ID Request Worm id please?

I found this worm in my vermicompost bin. The worm was wriggling a lot when I picked it up with a stick, but seemed to have calmed down when placed on this wet brown paper. Is this a regular earthworm? Or a jumping worm? I was unaware of the jumping kind, so am a bit concerned or curious.

Not with a vengeance. It was thrashing when I touched it in the dirt and continued till it was placed on the paper. Based on messages here and in the composting subreddits I note the clitellum is lighter but not sure if that counts as white.
