Where’s everyone finding Halloween candy this year?
Everywhere I’ve looked seems to have the same handful of variety packs… Reese’s, Oh Henry, Kit Kat, Coffee Crisp, Aero, Smarties, Skittles, Starburst, Mars and M&M’s.
Don’t get me wrong, they’re classics, but I remember trick or treating growing up and getting all sorts of fun goodies. Candy bracelets, whistle lollipops, marshmallow pops, cotton candy bags, sour gum, squeeze pops, bubble tape, rock candy, candy buttons… we seemed to have so much more variety back then.
I’d love to give kids something a little different from what they’re probably getting at every other house. Anybody know where I can find different types that are in bulk and individually wrapped in Vic?

Wholesale club is where you want to go if you want to stand out a bit. Not very budget friendly though! Fun to check out nonetheless.

I get 200-400 kids depending on weather. It’s just Walmart generic stuff for me. Spend $60-70 as is

Costco, no frills, bulk barn, dollarama, and Fisgard Market in Chinatown are all places i check out and buy a few things depending upon prices and what I'm feeling like that year.

Superstore seems to have a few 90 to 100 pcs bags for a few bucks cheaper than anywhere else.

Yeah it seems like everyone shops at Costco, it’s always piles of smarties, kit-kats and coffee crisp.

Costco has a fruit by the foot, fruit roll-ups, and gushers multipack right now. I don't remember seeing it before but that'll be a great mix this year.

Dollarama usually has a good variety of those types of candies. I always get Popeyes candy sticks there
