I’m pretty sure the sword’s meant to be a Gladius or something, so it’s going to be proportionally short for Guilliman since they were short, thrusting swords. Also iirc Guilliman during the Great Crusade and Heresy used his Gladius. It’s only during 40K that he instead uses the Emperor’s own sword.
If you attend events, you absolutely need to carry around a 'shield' with the Excel logo.
EDIT: No, wait. You carry a thick book that just says 'THE CODEX ASTARTES' on the cover. At events, just walk around with the book open. Walk up to other cosplayers, look down at the book and back up at them with stern disapproval. Then walk off, don't even say anything.
I feel like Guilliman would code an improved version of Excel, and make it open source too (maybe complete with viruses that attack Xenos systems, which I'm sure he'd be fluent in. Except maybe the Eldar, I'm not sure)
The only thing that could make this even better would be if you made a little window on the powerfist that you can slide a smartphone to fit underneath. Why, you ask?

You look magnificent, but your hair should be curlier (a la Romanesque), and you need a laurel crown. I know it's ok the crest behind your head, but I think the actual crown would look great too
The armor looks fantastic. And you really look the part!
But to prove this is really Guilliman, I am going to need to see a detailed logistics breakdown of every sourced component, and the two hundred fifty six stage creation process with accurate time stamps.
