What’s this was found in Mount Pisgah NC its to light to be a rock so maybe a fossil of some kind. Looks like a turtle or snake head to me.

I have a 43 inch atleast 10 year old AOC television and recently I see this dark speck on the bottom left corner. It's not always present. I can read subtitles/see the picture through that speck. Can anyone tell me what that is and how does that happen? How to get it corrected? Thanks
