Let’s be real, this is just a lower court headline. It’ll spend the next decade or 15 years stuck in HC and SC appeals, move to a presidential mercy petition, and eventually the Supreme Court will commute it-quoting her being a mother to her kids, the passage of time, and how she's "already suffered." She's never seeing the gallows

Even that is the the case she will be stuck in the worst jails of india for atleast 15-20 years.The judgment as an example is enough for some women who have the audacity to commit horrendous crime and get way by playing the women card. Jai hind Jai bharat

Don't be too happy. It's the indian judicial system. They let out the killers of rajiv gandhi on good behaviour. Who were also in prison for life.
