Can you find multiple one way RV rentals in shorter segments?

EDIT: Cruise America seems to let you go from Tampa (Riverview), FL to Joplin, MO, which is about an hour and a half west of Springfield. Can you go pick it up from Tampa, come back and load up, drop everyone off in Springfield and unload, then go drop it off in Joplin? Might need rental cars at each end for a few hours to make it work, but that probably wouldn't be hard.
