Windows 7 Any windows experts here? I might need some assistance

So i was playing roblox when i needed to F11 it did nothing so i spammed it few times and i swear to god this happened i saw widows 7 window and i saw windows 98 window buttons on top of my displayi tried closing zhe game but nothing happened its stuck like this and when i restart my pc it already starts like this idk why

take in mind this pc is old i just want it to run like pc and atleast be able to open google its more of nostalgia laptop for me, specifications: intel core i3 370M l, GTX 310M 4gb ddr3 ram if any info needed just ask
