Pretty sure the lemon sized butt plug will drive the point home much better than a simple stab wound would. Can't speak for others, but that would be a pretty vivid memory for me.

Bet the lemon juice leaking out as you clench (remember the lemon skin has been punctured) will make it very memorable. Enjoyment of the initial experience aside.

Yeah the only thing I'd call the friend an idiot for is smacking him on the back of the neck like it was gonna do something.
The dumbass with the lemon was obviously going to be in that situation regardless of the first intervention.

The dude with the lemon was literally going to end up in that position with or without assistance. The friend just made it happen quicker.

How are people mad at the friend here when the moron with the lemon was actively trying to get the lemon there himself anyway? All the friend did was get him there faster.

I feel like heimlich manoeuvre is not going to work here because it's not lodged in his throat, it's stuck behind his teeth. I would be trying to pry it out with a fork or spoon or something.
