Does anybody have any idea about where to publish my poems and how??

I love this genre and i wanna try writing and i have some ideas
But i lack the discipline and i feel i should really hone my craft first
So i was looking for university based coursework i can do on my own
But the problem is im unable to access any of them online and i doubt unis just put them out there
So please help draft a curriculum that i can follow
I want practice in most types of weird girl lit - body horror, obsession, love etc all that you can think of
Any free resources avlb online are also useful and welcome
Thanks in advance!

I write mystery, noir, scifi

Getting paid for it isn't required

And I don't have a cover ready
