General Discussion Peak gameplay

Don’t get me wrong.
Love the game. Day 1 player and I buy every month the monthly pass and the battle pass plus some top up when they reset the double bonus

But i swear this has to be the worst update I have ever played so far.

Qingxiao is beautiful but holy shit the personality and the story are so boring and predictable I can’t count how many times I almost felt asleep while playing. Took me 2 whole week to actually find the will to play the main quest.

I’ve always read every single line of main quest story but this is the first time I literally skipped the main quest without even reading the summaries

And lest talk about the gameplay. Animation are GREAT but at the same time so boring it’s even funny how you just need to keep pressing the left click and the character literally play itself.
I hope 3.7 is better but at this point I just hope for an hard reset with 4.0

People who literally knee-jerk spend thousands on a single character can get a little unhinged when that character is criticized.

I said pressing 3-4 buttons shouldnt be hard task for anyone and they downvoted me lol

Got told that company need to make money and casuals cant do more than 1 button like are we talking about actual children because I was using a whole controller when I was like 6years old.

I was saying that I liked the gameplay of 1.0 as it felt more involved and it had that punishing action against Crownless. Guess I gotta quit WUWA for not liking one thing 🤷

i was gonna say just picture them as yapping pom puppies but that is far more endearing than deserved. just picture them as the average john redditor. if people get defensive, just be "ok", ignore, or block them.

the blind glazing and taking criticism personally is honestly so pathetic. things have flaws, it's a fact of life, and constructive criticism of things you enjoy is healthy for them because if you like something, you want it to become the best version of itself.

but yeah she is super stunning, love this era of seeing tummy and navel through the fabric, great booba, and overall lovely design, but the gameplay has been horrible.

And god forbid you even show even the slightest hint that you play and enjoy a Hoyo game as well as Wuwa. The ultimate sin.

(To clarify, I specifically have thousands of hours in G*nshin Imp*ct, but only so that I can compare it with Wuwa and ensure that I am criticizing all of the shortcomings with the most information possible. I definitely don't enjoy playing G*nshin. I've played it for years, knowing that, one day, Kuro would release Wuwa and I would be able to glaze it appropriately and with all of the information available to me.) Don't kill me.

I wouldn’t even say it’s critical, Qingxiao is a 200+ year old master swordsmen, so in my opinion doing her combos should be effortless.
Plus she has awesome animations and when you’re fighting those enemies that fly around, unlike other characters that can’t reach them, Qingxiao easily follows them into the air and continues to attacks.

She made Hyvatia in this months TOA a joke to fight

I'd think the opposite, controlling a 200+ years old master swordsmen should be difficult because they are a league above other in technique
