Ghost and Mr. Chicken, Mr. Limpet, and my personal favorite Private Eyes.
I watch Private Eyes and Young Frankenstein every Halloween.

Growing up (and without cable), television usually broke down to:
The CBS, NBC, and ABC
Regular PBS
One or two Spanish language channels
Two "normal" syndicate channels. Usually one of the syndicate channels would "become" Fox for a few hours a day during primetime
Two "weird" UHF syndicate channels that you'd virtually never click on. I remember the Mr. Limpet image shown by OP being one of the shows they'd run. These were always the bottom of the barrel stations, and I think their existence might have been a form of legal "wildcatting" (to borrow an oil field term) where a VHF station would own a channel in the UHF station since they couldn't use more than one frequency on either spectrum. So they'd air stuff that was virtually free to air, and would appeal to grandmas and shut-ins at best.
Anyways around 1990, Fox expanded on a lot of their channels (hence Fox Kids Saturday morning) and there'd usually be another syndicate channel around to take the place for more Hercules & Xena episodes. So like magic we got another "normal" UHF station.
Then in 1995 both "normal" syndication stations would become UPN & The WB. But the "weird" syndication stations still persisted.

No but I tried not to when they were on to be part of the movie of the week or what not. There he would be "I wish....I wish I were a fish..."....I think I was born grumpy....Don Knotts right? He was a regular on scoobie doo even.
