Small batch meat snack, or sauage makers?

Looking for someone local who makes meat related snacks, or sausages/Salami as I have a garlic, onion, spice and lactose allergy and looking to get them custom made.

My partner is gluten and dairy free. We go to Davis Quality Meats as they make their own deli meats, sausages, smokies, and smoked sausages and I can consistently get dairy/gluten free there.

I don’t know if you can custom order but I’m sure they’d be open to chatting about it seeing as they make a lot of stuff on site and from scratch.

Check out the local meat shops and butchers. A lot of them make their own stuff as well as have stuff from local makers you could contact

I tried both delis in Abby and they didn't have much as for ideas

Both? There's way more meat shops than that. Rempels, Fraser Valley Meats, Grassland Meats, Lepp Farm Market, etc.
