Regular border crossers - lane question

Whats with this lane?

Why is nobody using this?

It clearly says cars, yet its always unoccupied.

Last few times, I took the courage to take this lane but somehow when you reach at the end, there is no lane 🤷‍♀️. The lane just disappears and forces to merge to the other lane.

If I remember the lanes aren’t really marked and kinda confusing

I don’t think it’s really merging with the other lane it’s just that other lane switches lanes from lack of marking if I’m remember correctly

They want taller vehicles ie. RVs, to go through the lane closest to the building. This is because it has the taller x-ray devices, the yellow things you pass between as you proceed up to the guard booth. Cars can use the lane as well.

The lanes are not marked very well.

The far right lane is for booths 1 and 2.

The middle lane is for booths 3 and 4

The far left lane is for Nexus (Booth 5)

I'd use the right lane if its clear. Not your fault people aren't good at driving.

Ever since covid people are stupid, even when 2 lanes are open they all seem to go in the left lane. I always go to the right lane even if left lane is backed up to the tracks. However I have nexus now so don’t really care anymore
