I'm really enjoying this series! Not sure why people say it's just like Solo Leveling, it doesn't feel like it at all.

It’s if solo levelling actually has a plot. Still ridiculous and OP but going somewhere

At least we are spending some time with an antagonist being seemingly ahead whereas in SL by the time anything is encountered he's already eclipsed it.

Really? The "plot" so far has been terrible. Its trying to be a deeper power fantasy but honestly feels so cheap and so many ass pulls and things happening that make absolutely no sense other than to progress the "plot", whatever that is supposed to be... SL knows what it is and does it best: an unapologetic Power Fantasy. This series just feels like a soulless copy. But to each their own.

Seriously, the people claiming Tomb Raider King ripped off Solo Leveling need new talking points. There’s absolutely no fucking proof the studio used AI, and the original web novels came out around the same time back in 2016. I love SL, but I don’t worship it or treat it as dogma like some of the rabid TRK haters.

Man, that was wild. Dude broke one relic and almost destroyed another trying to kill that old bastard and the dude is still alive. Old man has one hell of a relic.

Threatening a man with immense pain stemming from his dick is diabolical lol. Better to manipulate him so he comes running into your arms. Our MC is a bastard but he’s pretty clever.

Agreed! I absolutely enjoyed this week's episode! I love that our MC is so street smart with that little bit of devilish cruelty / shrewdness in him necessary to combat the evil overlords in power. However, at the end of the day, he is still a really fair guy.

I think MC also slowly grows on the subordinates he "subjugated" as they realise that they get rewarded for their loyalty and at the same time get to keep their moral compass relatively intact compared to the work they did for their previous bosses.

Why won't he just rope the CEO as he did the restorer and then write with the pen that the CEO loses his relic?

Hoping he did it after he wounded/destroyed his relics.

Is the animation ai? Every episode I watch it really looks like ai so I was just wondering, I cant find anywhere that talks about it

The plot is way too convenient, it's not even fun anymore...
