News Does the Washington post regret helping war criminals get away with it?

Keep in mind that this shit happening is not an accident, it's a purposeful loyalty test.
In other words: no, not in the slightest.

This is the Washington Post doing genocidal propaganda for Israel. Portraying Palestinian journalists, killed in the hundreds to prevent fact about the genocide to leak, as "militants" 🤡
They won't even follow up with the fake "investigation" about this attempted murder of Heidi.

EI is an online platform that publishes viciously anti-Israel and antisemitic articles, promoting BDS campaigns, as well as the one-state formula. Founder Ali Abunimah has called Zionism “one of the worst forms of anti-Semitism in existence today” and claims “Supporting Zionism is not atonement for the Holocaust, but its continuation in spirit.”
As its name suggests, Electronic Intifada exists to further, evidently by misinformation, the goals of the Palestinians’ intifada. An Arabic word sometimes translated as “uprising” or “shaking off,” intifada in a news media sense refers primarily to the “al-Aqsa intifada.” This was the terrorist war launched in rejection of the two-state solution proposed by Israel and the United States at Camp David in 2000. This violent rejectionism resulted in the deaths of approximately 4,000 Palestinian Arabs and 1,000 Israelis and foreign visitors.
Electronic Intifada “Refutation” Disintegrates Under Scrutiny
In March, a victim of Palestinian sexual violence spoke out publicly. Amit Soussana, who was held hostage by Hamas before being released as part of an exchange, told the New York Times how her Hamas-assigned guard assaulted her:
“He came towards me and shoved the gun at my forehead,” Ms. Soussana recalled during eight hours of interviews with The New York Times in mid-March. After hitting Ms. Soussana and forcing her to remove her towel, Muhammad groped her, sat her on the edge of the bathtub and hit her again, she said.
He dragged her at gunpoint back to the child’s bedroom, a room covered in images of the cartoon character SpongeBob SquarePants, she recalled.
“Then he, with the gun pointed at me, forced me to commit a sexual act on him,” Ms. Soussana said.
Her testimony matched what she told doctors and a social worker just after being released.
An anti-Israel social media account called Propaganda and co, whose denial Electronic Intifada’s Ali Abumimah has cited and who collaborates with Grayzone’s Max Blumenthal, immediately cast aspersions on the victim. Ali Abunimah, who had repeatedly pointed to lack of victim testimony in order to denying sexual assault, immediately accused the her of lying. The Grayzone’s Aaron Maté, who had likewise cited a lack of victim testimony, immediately slurred her as non-credible.

What rape is being denied? Can you cite the case?

Cocham Elkayav-Levy is a rape denier, who famously said any investigation into the well documented mass rapes and sexual torture that occurs in Israeli concentration camps where Palestinian hostages are held without charge or trial was like “another rape of the Israeli October 7th victims.” She is a deranged propagandist.
A full independent investigation into potential sexual violence was offered by the UN but Israel refused because as a condition they would need to allow an investigation of their rape camps. Remember, the only fully proven and documented rape in this conflict was when Israeli prison guards brutally gang raped a Palestinian captive, and faced no charges for their crime after Israeli citizens rioted on the streets demanding their right to rape.

Lol. You're just a genocide cheerleader pushing harebrained, repeatedly debunked propaganda. Shame on you.

Just today settlers and the IDF beat up a French mayor and European diplomats. Israel is justifying it by saying they were anti semites. Israel is not an ally. These papers are not allys. They do not care.

That's the job of the ICC. That's what it's there for. Just because it's Israel and supported by the U.S shouldn't mean it's immune.
The fact that Israel does seem to be immune, as does the U.S, means that there should be a reevaluation of the I.C.C and its responsibilities and powers.

The US isn't a signatory. They're immune in the same way that a person from Uganda is immune to Finnish law

Playing fast and loose with that "International" moniker then, aren't they?
So, if the U.S and Israel aren't signatories, and the ICC has no real responsbilities or power when it comes to war crimes, then perhaps they could intervene for Palestine then, seems as they are a member.
But, of course, they won't, because they have no real power, have no real enforcement, and should be disbanded as futile.

That is actually the legal basis they have used to issue a arrest warrant for Israeli officials. But they are depended on countries arresting and extraditing them.

Palestine isn't a country.

Palestine is the 123rd member state of the International Criminal Court (ICC), having officially joined on April 1, 2015
Palestine became a "non-member Permanent Observer State" in the UN in November 2012 (Resolution 67/19), a status it shares with the Vatican (Holy See).
157 UN member states of the U.N officially recognize the State of Palestine.
It's the land that the State of Israel has been illegally invading and annexing since it's creation in 1948 (well, it's invaded other sovereign nations too, but mostly Palestine).

Only as a token role. They aren't a country. They have refused statehood five times.

They are still recognised as a State by 157 nations.
Here are the rejections.
Rejection 1:
The 1937 Peel Commission and the 1947 UN plan recommended dividing the British Mandate into separate Jewish and Arab states. In 1947, the UN proposed allocating roughly 55% of the land to a Jewish state—even though Palestinians formed a majority of the population and owned the bulk of the land.
Palestinian and Arab leaders viewed the plans as a severe injustice, a violation of self-determination, and a Western-backed colonial encroachment on land they considered entirely Arab. They argued that a minority population of recent immigrants was receiving the majority of the territory and key economic assets.
Rejection 2:
The 1967 Khartoum Resolution ("Three Noes"): Following the 1967 Six-Day War, (which Israel started) in which Israel captured the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and the Gaza Strip, the Arab League met in Khartoum. The Arab League issued the "three noes": no peace with Israel, no recognition of Israel, and no negotiations, refusing to legitimize the outcome of the war or negotiate formal terms at that time.
Rejection 3:
The 2000 Camp David Summit: US-brokered talks between Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak and Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) Chairman Yasser Arafat offered a Palestinian state on a large portion of the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
Palestinian negotiators rejected the final terms because the proposal fell short on core "final status" issues. These included full sovereignty over East Jerusalem and the Al-Aqsa compound, control over borders and airspace, the removal of major Israeli settlement blocs, and the right of return for Palestinian refugees. Critics of the deal argued it would have resulted in non-contiguous, demilitarized cantons rather than a viable, fully sovereign state.Rejection 4:
Taba (2001): An offer by Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert made further concessions on borders and Jerusalem. Negotiations broke down over disputed maps, security arrangements, the status of refugees, and political instability or changes in leadership on both sides before a binding agreement could be finalized.
Rejection 5 (apparently there isn't one?)
But, here are the general problems and reasons for these rejections:
• Irreconcilable National Projects: A fundamental driver has been the clash between Zionist national aspirations for a Jewish sovereign state and Palestinian national aspirations for sovereignty over the entirety of historical Palestine.
• Internal Division: Deep political fragmentation between the Palestinian Authority (which administers parts of the West Bank) and Hamas (which rejects Israel's right to exist and governs Gaza) has further crippled a unified state-building and negotiation strategy.
