You are treating a doodle I could do in 15 seconds like it is a sacred relic. The bar has never been so low that you do not even need to like AI to know objectively that the AI art was better. Was it scummy that they put their art into an AI generator? Yes. Does it change the fact that it is objectively better? No. Don't even use the heart and soul argument with this drawing because if you really valued proper art you'd give proper criticism without blindingly glazing. Not all AI artists belittle artists; you are just online too much. The loud echo chambers on social media do not reflect the majority of people in actual day-to-day life. It is mainly the other way around, with those who dislike AI being the ones online 24/7 who target anyone who even mentions they use AI.
AI art and artists will grow and can coexist with human art; get that through your head, and that is a weight gone.
