Question Is American Ant Store a legit website?

This website has been coming out on my searches for a few months now but it seems super sus. Has anyone heard of it before? https://americanantstore.com/

what makes you say that? looking at their website there wasn’t anything that jumped out to me as being shady.

Complete lack of mentioning permits. This doesn't void him of any responsibility as he is still knowingly illegally selling.

Thanks for pointing that out. Their instagram is also surprisingly empty for existing since 2018. I'm surprised there isn't a post about them on this sub yet.

Id also say their prices are abysmal, where are you located if youre in cali theres a ant discord people sell for fairly reasonable prices

I recently ordered and got Camponotus ocreatus from them, no issues! They even shipped the same day for surprisingly cheap overnight shipping and colony had a ton of brood. Packing was good too better than some of the other vendors
