General Question Why doesn’t anyone talk about Epstein anymore?
Is everyone satisfied with how everything turned out?
15
u/LumpyBuy8447 22h ago
I mean some lady asked about it earlier this week and maga got so upset that they were reminded that they voted for a pedophile that several of them attacked her and the president egged them on.
15
u/Proof-Policy-5233 17h ago
Because republicans only cared about the files when they thought it would expose exclusively democrats. They don’t actually care about old men graping children - they just wanted political leverage.
The rest of us I think are resigned to the fact that justice won’t be getting served until this administration ends.

because the controlling majority refuses to do their job and force the DOJ to release it, as they should have long ago. They have the power, just refuse to use it against their own man.

Yes, and the controlling majority is the GOP, with a few well paid allies on the other side.

Theres certainly people in the Epstien files from both political parties ... but dont f-king "both sides" the lack of prosecution when theres a voting record of one side voting unanimously for accountability and the other side voting nearly unanimously against any form consequence.
Republicans are the only reason the files aren't making trials

u/Pristine_Context_429 14h ago
Did you know that Epstein’s 06 case only came to light because 2 14 years got into a fight at school because one girl called the other girl a prostitute.
There were other accusations before this but they were basically ignored.
Epstein’s friends are still mega donors in both parties. The establishment is the Epstein class

We do.
It's not over so we aren't.
You're not seeing it because well there's a fuckton going on and you've basically just missed it through everything else that's been going on.
In short it's a typical midterm election season for a failed president such as donald trump.
I hasn't turned out yet there is currently a court battle in progress trump is ignoring to try and delay the released documents until at least after the mid terms.
This midterm is really reminding me of the 1932 presidential and congress races.

The Secretary of the Treasury is currently blocking a million files of bank transfers to and from Epstein bank accounts.
That information would shed light on how Epstein made $ billions … and from whom.
The FBI is in possession of these bank records. So, why would the President’s administration want to hide them from the public?
Fox “News” won’t ever report this revealing information about child sex traffickers in the Trump-Epstein child sex trafficking scandal.

It all depends who you watch and follow. Katie Phang is in the middle of a lawsuit against the Department of Justice over the failure to follow the Epstein Transparency Act, everyday she has something to post because Blanche is actively obfuscating in the lawsuit. I hoping he is tossed in a cell for contempt.

Also - anything substantial in the files has already been expunged.

Probably moved over to Larry Ellison and Richard Branson's islands.
Fun fact, Larry Ellison, 6th richest man in the world, CEO of Oracle, started his company with an initial investment of $1,200. Company stored data. First customer was Nehls Airforce Base (DARPA testing), second client was the CIA. Prior to founding company, he worked for a software company for a CIA project called "project Oracle".
All the data, in the hands of this man, who is deeply tied to the CIA.
For those who don't believe me, its in his biography and also stated plainly on his Wikipedia.
Again, media not one news story on this because they are complicit.

Well the Trump administration started a war with Iran to use that and the straight of Hormuz to dominate the news cycle and bury as much Epstein coverage as possible. It has worked because you are asking these questions. Republican Rep Thomas Massie has forced a further vote to entice the courts to force the Department of Justice to comply with the previous court order to release it. He has the votes to get it passed but Speaker Johnson put the House of Representatives into recess to prevent that vote. We are paying our representatives not to work right now to keep this Epstein secret going past the elections. It will come out after the elections though, and the Republican Congress of 24-26 will forever be branded pedo protectors.

No one cares about the details just the parts that keep them angry. There's no point in discussing or talking about it if everyone you talk to about it just goes full conspiracy at every detail in the files.
For example at some point after it blew over the pictures of Epsteins dead body were unredacted and most people convinced it's a body double don't even wanna look at it.

Most people don't understand the depths of the Epstein legacy. If everything were to be released it would implicate so many powerful people including ex-presidents, members of goverments and royal families all over the world and Hollywood Icons. There are so many powerful people who don't want this information released. It is highly unlikely that it ever will be released in its entirety. Remember that the Obama and Biden administrations both had all of this information and never did anything with it.

Because I'll call them the controllers know that people's attention span is short, this is why we are programmed with instant gratification so that our minds take in information n quickly discard it for the next best highlight ...
Someone can say I killed 100 people yesterday n it'll get thrown out there people will talk about it, then soon after another topic comes out about a disease in lettuce n more attention goes to not eating lettuce than the murderer of 100 people ...

For me it's mostly that, any time he comes up, it's just some liberal screeching that Trump should have about 87 horrific things done to him for being on that list. I can't remember the last time I heard them talk about anyone else at all. So I kind of just tune it out as white noise at this point.

I haven’t paid much attention to the Epstein stuff, what is the status of the case / investigation?
2
u/Nervous_Inspection39 22h ago
Investigation? no investigations ongoing by DOJ.
Some European governments are definitely taking it seriously, but the DOJ is ignoring requests for information. Same with state investigators, requests being ignored.
As far as MSM narrative, TMZ type of shit as usual.
Only thing I have seen that has teeth is the second discharge petition, essentially compels the Federal government to turn over all information to state prosecutors to investigate and indict. Essentially removing the Federal Government and DOJ from the equation.
Clever move, score one for Federalism in that regard.

1
u/That-SoCal-Guy 22h ago
The exact reason why those people can get away with anything - short attention spans and apathy.
Americans are like 6yo children with lots of toys and resources. They get bored fast and need new stimulus quick. If something doesn’t affect them personally, they don’t care. Now they are preoccupied by inflation, market uncertainty, high gas prices and interest rates … they can’t be bothered with something that doesn’t impact them personally, such as pedophilia. The GOP knows this and they have exploited that all the time. They want to get people’s mind away from the Epstein files so they manufactured a never ending war that impacts people’s lives (gas prices, inflation etc.) and voila, problem solved.
It works, and it works all the time. Until Americans grow up and wise up and wake up, nothing will change.

u/BedroomNo6879 22h ago
Well Biden didn't release the files at all. Trump released some of them. Reality of it is it implicated world leaders like Bill Clinton. There are dozens of pictures of Clinton with the victims, there's also victim testimony. But do you actually see Bill Clinton going to jail? No. He wont even see a court room. There are corporations that are 'too big to fail' and there are people that are 'too big to prosecute'. Bill Clinton is one of those people, so is Prince Andrew. If they can't prosecute those two they can't prosecute anyone on that list.
1
