How to... Is it possible to get a job at 16?
Like i know it’s legal but it’s a pain in the ass and i haven’t been able to get one yet? Any tips? Anyone who’s got a job at 16 for some motivation?

It's common in little towns, bad students just quit school and start working in some business and shops.

It's possible but it has to be part time AFAIK. You're probably better off trying your luck in small businesses.
