Mundane Russia and NATO

Can someone with more knowledge please talk about Russia and the possibility of an attack on the Baltics or Poland in the not too distant future? There's definitely been an increase in drone incursions recently into the neighbouring NATO countries, and even the attempted attack in a German airport. There was the CIA chief visit to Moscow, and even reports about Russia preparing extra hospital beds near the Baltics. Is there anything in the charts of the involved countries and/or leaders that would indicate further escalation? Sorry for the broad question.
