Books & Resources Astrological Calendars/Planners

What are your favorite calendars and planners that have the moon phases, planetary movements, and aspects? I'm looking to get one for 2027. Thank you.

We strongly recommend honeycomb.co . It is the only planner that is based on your actual birth chart (all transits, progressions, solar returns and more). Get all the extras you can. They offer both printed and digital versions, the digital being more affordable and you can put it on your computer and your phone and any other device.

I've used honeycomb in the past and enjoyed it. Really liked you you could customize your house system and various techniques. Haven't purchased one in a few years, but it was a superb tool.

Astro-seek has the option of downloading an iCal file for your personal transits and also ephemera I think?

I’m on my fifth Honeycomb Collective almanac. It’s a GREAT product with so much room to customize your preferences. I always track asteroid goddesses and that’s been fun. When Ceres talks to my chart, good things happen! Wouldn’t have known about this pattern if it weren’t for this little book.

God I want one but can’t justify $60 for a planner

I use the Llewellyn Daily Planetary Guide which is a daily/weekly planner showing the daily general transits. It’s not personalized.

Though to be honest I often forget to look at it for the daily transits and tend to check the Astro-Seek monthly calendar or my astrology software.

Llewellyn Daily Planetary Guide (spiral bound) and Llewellyn Astrological Calendar (pocket size).

I like the Astro.com ephemeris for this kind of thing. It’s not as pretty as a planner, but it’s really handy when you want the exact planetary movements and aspects.

You can generate your own astrological calendar for free in programs like Astrolog. :) You can generate a calendar for general astrological events (such as Full Moons, or Sun changing sign), and you can also generate a personal calendar for personal astrological events (such as Solar Returns, or other aspects to natal planets). These are of course digital images, but they can be printed if you want a hardcopy version.

The nice thing about Astrolog is you can choose all the settings you want, such as what planets or asteroids to include, which sidereal zodiac to use if any, what aspects to include, and so on. Also other display settings such as fonts, colors, background image, and such.
