This is when you put up an official, sign, talk to the local tow company and tell them you want a commission. Then put up official signs, on the reverse side put "If your car is missing, it was towed, call XXX-XXX-XXXX for info"

So now, when a moron parks there again, just call and have them towed, when they pick it up their car or truck, you get a check for putting up a sign....

First, there is no grass there. Second, I bet people have been doing this for a long time because parking is limited. And I'd guess the only "enforcement" that's happened is someone put up this tiny little sign, so everyone just continued doing what they were doing with no consequences.

The latest video the guy says the sign is behind a bush.   Yes if you are standing in the other parking lot, but from the main parking lot that you parked in?  It's visible
