ZBaduk - VR client

If you don't know zBaduk, have a look at https://www.zbaduk.com . It's a website to do AI reviews, has been around since around ~2018. I must admit that in recent years ZBaduk development slowed down.

But since about half a year now, I've actually worked on a lot of different things again, and most of it remained hidden from public. I don't often find the time to actually post about what I am doing.

Now, for some time I considered to release a VR client of ZBaduk. And this evening, I released a demo of this. It comes in 2 versions:

If you just want to play stones on a board, (without any statistics, no katago), you can find a simple version here: https://deepz.io/vr

But the real project is on https://vr.zbaduk.com which has a list of saved games, allows you to play with a bot, and to review your game with projected statistics, and has a move tree. However, it requires a premium zbaduk account to actually get access to the GPU statistics.

Even though both websites are made for VR devices (recommended for Meta Quest 3), you can actually also use all of this on your desktop computer. But obviously, it's a 3d environment, made primarily for VR devices. If you just want to study go on desktop without fancyness: visit zbaduk.com
