It appears as though they're going to try to play Game 4 tonight.

Now, a sensible person would think, “Hang on. It hasn't stopped raining. In fact, it's raining even harder. The tarp's still on the field. The warning track is a giant puddle. How can they possibly play?”

And to that sensible person, I would reply: “Correct.”

Yes, yes, I know. Late as hell submission. But fuck it.

Another fascinating factoid coming out of this now-ended NL Championship Series is how Anderson, who’s the main PvP person for the Brewers locally, called the Dodgers sweep over his team on the national broadcast in October. This time, it is how Davis, who’s the main PvP person for the Dodgers locally, called the Brewers sweep over his team on the national broadcast in October.

Time is indeed a 6D trapezoidal shape. 🥸

"A lot of my friends were buying teams, and I realized they're making money. They're making more money than I'm making in private equity," Rubenstein said Thursday at a forum with other pro sports owners at the Economic Club of Washington, D.C., per Baltimore Baseball. "I thought I should look at it as a financial thing, but ultimately I bought the Orioles for a philanthropic purpose. I grew up in Baltimore, as people know. I didn't think I'd done enough for Baltimore, so I bought the team to help revive the team a bit and ultimately revive Baltimore because Baltimore had some challenges."
