Doc Ock is a non-threat to Batman, given that he's just a normal, even whimpy guy with tech. Rhino is dumb and easy to trick. Electro has easily exploitable weaknesses, as does Sandman. Kingpin, Batman wouldn't even have to fight, he has a kind of practical intelligence Peter doesn't that would let him easily get Fisk locked up.
I think the only major threat for Bruce is Green Goblin, being basically Joker with superhuman strength and durability, and the symbiotes, which, again, have clearly defined weaknesses that Batman would somehow magically learn, as he is known to do.

Basically Bane without the glaring tube weakness. It'd be a tough fight, which is why I think Bruce would try to avoid the direct confrontation, and treat him more like a Falcone.

The fire has toned down, and I think Carnage lost it entirely, but sound is still considered a weakness, even if they don't instantly fold to any loud noise anymore.

Surface-level take. He might be able to deal with individual supervillains, but Spidey simply doesn't have the real-world experience of living in Gotham to be able to do anything about its institutional corruption. What's he going to do about the Court of Owls for example? Crime can't be solved with just punching

I'd argue the rogues that are more inclined to use aerosols are potentially a pretty big threat to Spidy. Mystero uses chemicals to screw with Spiderman's Spidy-sense. Otherwise dude would be completely out of his weight class.

Honestly, I have always had this image in my mind of Spider-Man fighting the Joker, where Spider-Man lets out a quip and the Joker immediately stops fighting just to admonish him for his bad jokes, spending the next half hour until the cops arrive coming up with better quips for Spidey's next fight.

I get the joke, I really do. And a lot of people take way too much credit in the Batman Beyond Terry vs Joker stuff.
When Joker goes against Nightwing and other quipy and joking heroes all the time.
In fact we have had crossovers with Joker and Spider-Man meeting.

This isn’t me doing a plea on look how cool Joker is or anything like that, but just saying that we jump so quickly onto bandwagons that we forget that there’s a lot more to these characters.

Peter is a real smart guy, but worlds greatest detective is someone he’s not. Riddler would give him a much bigger challenge than most of Batman’s Rogued Gallery.

Riddler would be upset that Peter is obviously toying with him. Peter enjoys the brain teasers but can't help but poke fun at the dude and will be like "Hmm, that's a tricky one there, Question mark. Can I phone a friend?" Then give the right answer before Riddler can say anything, followed by Peter asking if the Riddler has anything harder.
