Best Tibetan and Inner Mongolian restaurants in Beijing?
I've been able to find plenty of Xinjiang restaurants in Beijing but I can't find any 藏菜/内蒙古菜 joints even if I use Amap. Help a homie out.

99顶毡房 (99 yurts) is pretty good and they have a variety of cuisines to choose from.

I just looked it up, looks awesome. I had some great food when I went to Inner Mongolia last year.

Tibetan food is REALLY uncommon in China outside of Tibet, Qinghai, and Sichuan, your best chance is probably going to 西藏大厦 or searching on Meituan/Dianping. Here in Shanghai there are only six Tibetan restaurants in the entire city as far as I can tell.

Oh interesting. I lived in Xi'an for my first 6 years in China and just moved to Beijing, and there are 2 Tibetan grub places in Xi'an. But then again, Xi'an is still in the west of China more of less, so it'd make more sense.

Haven’t been, but there’s a fancy place called (兰斋) that is plant-based Tibetan inspired, I believe. Got a bunch of attention a couple years back, including some Michelin shout outs, IIRC. Probably not the traditional food you’re searching for but sounds interesting nonetheless.

A lot of the food in the US that's called Tibetan food isn't considered Tibetan cuisine in China, because these dishes are common throughout western China and aren't generally seen as having any particular regional or ethnic identity.

I have tried Tibetan food in Sichuan and Qinghai and liked it quite a bit, so I'm looking for that now that I've moved to Beijing

Try their liaison offices. 内蒙 belongs to multiple regions including northeast, northwest and north. Never heard much of Tibetan food.
