Optometrist recommendations- Haidian area

Hello, anyone with a recommendation for an optometrist in the Haidian area? I would like to get spectacles.

You can just walk into any eye glass store, pick some frames, and then they'll check your prescription. You can also make a trip out to Panjiayuan Glasses Market if you want to save some cash. They are cheap and fast.

Thank you, I will try the market for my next pair. After searching online, I realised Baodao was very close to me. They have some 299 and 399 Yuan specials which include both the lens & frame

Hi, thank you for your response. I eventually got the spectacles done at Baodao. I will definitely contact you next time when the current prescription expires. On an unrelated topic, where can I buy good red meat in Haidian or Changping?
