You need to speak with a machinist. They can build a plate that bolts to your riser mounts and accomodates holes for the T-bars. The other possibility is a whole new top clamp, but that's gonna cost a bunch more.
That all depends on how strong it is and whether you want ti be able to use as a stock item later. But, it should be pretty easy to make a plat that bolts on where the riser clamps used to. That would probably be my first choice.
