He clearly saw enough of the future to know she won’t be an issue for him. He predicted everything down perfectly to the moment the Almighty would return to him.
The “special threats” are people with the ability to sway the war from Yhwach’s control. But none of them are a threat specifically to Yhwach.

Hime is not a threat. She is the one not even omniscient beings don't see coming. Not even herself knew her potential and how boundless it was. That is her beauty: in love and death she knows no limit of self-sacrificing
