I will never forget getting to hear Poliça + Stargaze cover it during People Festival (I think it was the 2018 edition?) at Funkhaus in Berlin.

I'd just bought IABPOITC when it was first released, loved it so went back to HMV and bought MHTRTC and Hi Scores. EYDOIAB is the track where time stood still on my first listen and I knew they were a very special band. (Also now discovering my original Hi Scores CD is worth a few pennies! EDIT: I think I ordered the CD from SKAM and not through HMV)

I finally got my Inferno red transculent vinyl bundle the other day. The hexagon flexidisc was such an unexpected and awesome surprise. And now we're getting a Hi Scores reissue??? Layers upon layers of gifts. It's like a matryoshka doll that never ends.
It really feels like Mike and Marcus went to great lengths to make this whole album rollout and release as special for the fanbase as humanly possible. And beyond the sheer coolness of the teaser VHSs, the surprise announcement, the listening parties, and the merch, so many of us are resonating with the new music and subject matter on such a deeply personal level.
At the risk of sounding corny, I don't think an artist has ever made me feel as seen and appreciated as Boards has with Inferno and everything surrounding it.

I was CONSTANTLY scrolling reels and tiktok over half a year ago. I have an album coming up, and at the time, i was making very little progress. I thought about extending its deadline to next year, but then i was like “…hey dumbass… you KNOW the only thing holding you back is that damn phone”. So one by one, bye bye they go

Hope they changed whoever prints their shirts. My Inferno tee is barely legible after like 3 cold washes/hung to dry :(

I washed mine once and hung dry and I’m afraid to wash it again cause the print is already degrading. The hat and shirt were such a let down for the price.

Seems they're being printed on Stanley & Stella Creator 2.0 blanks, which are the same as the Inferno shirts.
That being said, that blue shirt is so nice looking.

Goddamnit! This will be the 4th copy I have now, one vinyl from the second run, and the CD versions. They will have me in the poor house!
Of course I've ordered the coke green bottle vinyl. I wonder, will they secretly include this beatless version on this new pressing? Probably not.

Aye, same (as in I also have the previous vinyl and CD). I paused for a second, but coke bottle green is my favourite vinyl colour and we get some new prints. I know I'd kick myself if the limited version sold out and I didn't bag one.

I'm also just not of the opinion that Inferno was ever meant as a final record. Feels like they've started up again this year, hopefully much more to come.

My Inferno vinyl only just arrived in the mail finally on Monday, which felt so good like the high was still rolling (I literally hugged the package). Now this! I've ordered the full bundle with shirts.

Well, I had already gone to a listening session, I found a cd rip a couple days before release, I went to a record store release listening event (I was tempted to buy the vinyl there but decided to hold off), and I got the cassette in due time, so I was fine being patient. The physical copy is more of a novelty and ritual for me, as much as it is a token of my financial respects to the bros. And really the delayed gratification and sense of extended novelty are actually quite satisfying. I've heard of many people getting their vinyls recently too.
