Dope as always. Kinda winds up sounding like Portishead.

Good point. Haha that’s an awesome equation. BoC + Sade = Portishead

It’s almost like music is math.

My husband recently bought a deck and has been getting into DJing as a hobby. He loves Sade but is so so on BOC. I sent it to him and he also thought this was cool as hell.

Amazing work, brother

I just looked through your posts and you post the coolest crossovers, not to mention the David Lynch name 👍 Immediate IG follow

I saw DJ Shadow on his Endtroducing 30 year tour last weekend and it was a highlight of my life

dude i always love seeing what you've been working on. if it's not a huge pain in the ass, can you describe your setup?

6

u/Sad-Resist-8746 8d ago

Appreciate hearing that!
And I have 2 set ups on each side if a column (our apartment is so tiny I don’t have space for a tradition 2 turntables and mixer in the middle lol).

2

u/Sad-Resist-8746 8d ago

I spin here in the city occasionally spots like bierwax, secret pour, nublu and young ethals). But I mostly focus on recording scratches on people’s music.
