I'm a developer from Guwahati. After we lost Zubeen Da, I wanted to build a virtual place where people could come together and remember him, so I built one.

It's a small island you can walk around in your browser. You can light a candle, plant a sapling, leave a flower or a note, and there's an archive of his songs, films and moments, with sources for each one. Other people visiting show up there too, so you're not alone in it.

It's an independent tribute, made with love and respect. Not an official archive, and nothing is for sale.

I built a small virtual memorial. It's a little 3D world inspired by Assam where you can:

• sit by the ghat and explore the river.
• explore a small archive of his journey and music
• share your best drawings of Zubeen Da.

It's a shared space, so if others are visiting at the same time, you'll see them there too.
