❔ [ Question ] Dlc order
Is there a recommended order for playing through the campaign and dlc content? I have the version that comes with all content. Should I be at a certain level to play a certain dlc, etc? I'm loving the game and don't want to miss or spoil anything. Ps for new comers to the third installment, the story isn't really that bad. The other ones probably just kicked a little more ass is all. Pss claptrap was awesome in the presequel, nothing will change my opinion 😂 he's adorable.

The dlcs scale to your level, but the main game doesn't I believe, at least in playthrough 1. So doing a bunch of DLCs before finishing the main game can make you very overlevelled when you go back to the story. I recommend finishing the game, then do the DLCs, then the second playthrough

I think you have to be lvl 13 minimum for the DLCs. You can also start as a lvl 13 character and skip the Pandora section

The order I played was Jackpot, Tentacles, Bounty o blood, then Krieg. But on replays I play Tentacles first because of one shitty boss battle I wanna get over ASAP. But Krieg is the shortest imo, they all have different vibes. If you love claptrap. Start with Jackpot

Now I'm not completely sure, so someone can correct me in this, but with the dlc, their a little more difficult than base game stuff, but you can start them whenever you like! It doesn't matter the order either as their pretty much their own side stories! Not sure about recommended levels honestly...

Just make sure you're max level before you begin the last part of the Tentacles DLC so you get a max level pearl. That's the only thing that really matters

Get to max level first via your prefered Circle of Slaughter or however else you want. Then do the DLC's in any order you want. My personal favourite is Bounty of Blood. I love Jakobs guns.

The only thing to consider is dlc 2 (guns love and tentacles) has an endgame relevant artifact in the main story. So you might want to be max level before collecting that. Other that this you can pretty much play them in any order

Id say for story continuity you should do love and tentacles after finishing eden 6 arc. Physco krieg probably should be done at earliest after promethea vault but realistically saved for last.

The order doesn't matter as far as story goes, BUT for gameplay reasons I don't recommend doing Krieg's DLC first, right after main story.
I've previously heard people complaining that the final boss had tons of HP like a raid boss, and I was like "wtf y'all talking about" because I always played this DLC pretty late, like 3rd or 4th.
But recently I played through the game with my buddy and we picked this DLC as our first one after main story. Man, even on Mayhem 1 enemies felt pretty tanky but it got easier once we got some legendaries. But the bosses were too tanky for my taste - we had to repeat certain boss duo (not gonna spoil who) a couple of times ans the final boss took a lot of time to kill as well.
I imagine there may be some level scaling issues if you play that DLC at a very low level, because I NEVER had any difficulty with any DLC boss before, and I often even played on Mayhem 2 or 3.
My usual order is Handsome Jackpot DLC, Bounty of Blood DLC, Guns Love and Tentacles DLC and then Krieg's DLC

There's no real continuous storyline so playing the DLCs in any order is fine. The game will scale off of your level so don't worry about that. If you think you're going to be playing this game a lot, I would recommend getting to max level and mayhem 11 before you start the DLC, so all the loot is stronger. If you're playing Zane I would recommend doing handsome jackpot first just because the final boss drops his best class mod. If you want to get stronger weapons, I think bounty of blood has some of the strongest weapons in the game.
