🧾 [ News ] 2k support.
This is bullshit, I reached out to 2k and begged them to release a hot fix or an update so we could enjoy borderlands 3 and its content. They just don’t care for it anymore or for their community. I explained to them in the previous email that I’ve done everything I can possibly do (even mentioning the things they re-emailed to me) and this is the bs they say.

Classic copy-paste automatic response. If that's a real person, they clearly aren't allowed to actually help you.

Maybe not what you want to hear, but the support guys don't do anything with bug fixes.

No, but if they get flooded with complaints about a certain issue they will escalate for fixes. However at this stage the flood is likely to be only a trickle of real players, and anyway development will have moved on to other things.

I was moreso talking about OP saying they reached out begging for a hot fix and complaining that service tech dude isn't doing more than tell them "here are possible fixes, if that doesn't work, I can't do anything else."

I never had any issues on Series X but the Series S version crashes a lot. Usually after playing for a while so I think it's a memory leak. Shouldn't be too hard for them to fix but.. you know.. there is no money in that of course.

ESO, bl, nba2k, wwe, gta/rd and there may be a couple others. But if you try reaching any sort of support for those games through 2k, you go to a third party support company that has offices in Austin and India. You will rarely receive any sort of response that isn’t a copypasta as there is no reviewing by managers of ticket responses as long as items aren’t being provided unnecessarily. -source I used to be employed there.Â

I am playing through Wonderlands now again, but this time the PS4 version since I already got all the trophies for the PS5 version and it has crashed like 9 times already for me in 20 hours

weird, I played the ps4 Version on release and there was not a single crash in 400h in my case

Yeah I don't remember it crashing so often. I think I played it on PS4 as well when it launched or did PS4 and PS5 launch at the same time

Like PCs are free of problems lol

Much easier to fix/troubleshoot/swap parts/customize, improved prices on many games compared to the console specific platforms +a myriad of other things a computer can do. But hey, you do you.

Also mods to fix bugs are much more of a thing on PC, so you have a good point. However on average PC games are probably less reliable than console because of the variation in hardware, so during early stages a console is more likely to be a solid experience.

Hey you do you as well lol. No need to be rude

I wasnt being rude, everything has its issues, theres just no reason to limit yourself to console subscriptions if youre already paying for internet. Many high end pcs can be built in small form factor cases if space is an issue.

Who says I am paying for subscriptions lol and the PS Plus subscription is actually pretty decent there a lot of good games available

A majority of people play online games, there's a limited amount of games to play without paying for Xbox live/Playstation plus
