I usually use a cart or dry herb vape when I go on long runs. It works well for solo runs and trail runs, but for road races it doesn't work because it's not discrete enough. I tried Kiva Terra Bites (chocolate covered blueberries) and Camino Chill Wild Berries and was underwhelmed with both, even when trying doses of 20mg-25mg (which 25mg is normally my sweet spot, though I smoke nightly and only use edibles every few months).

I know really well which strains and terpenes work best for me when it comes to smoking, but know that’s not super applicable to edibles.
