How likely that understudies do matinees

So I was at the 10th October show, the night after the gala, and Jordan Donica's phantom has honestly broken me. I'm now weighing up going back to see a matinee (day trip, save on hotel) but how often do the principles do matinees and how often is it the understudies? Obv there's always a chance the understudy will come on and I'm sure they are brilliant but I want to take a friend so she can experience Jordan and Bea. Does anyone know if there's a higher than average chance that the main two won't be performing? Thanks!

Monday and Friday are alternative Christine days with Colleen Rose Curran, otherwise principals are always scheduled unless sickness or holiday happens

Saw the show last month on the Saturday matinee, saw Jordan Donica but not Bea, it was Colleen Rose Curran that day.

Yeah for me it was the 19th the Saturday and it was Colleen but might have been an anomaly
