Needs work. The biggest thing is that it sounds like you tried to approximate a sample/glitch based genre by laying out tracks in a DAW. It sounds like you had a piano track, a drums track and a breakcore track, you recorded the piano and quantized it with a blues theme (sounds very boss battle) but then just programmed some 64th notes on the drums to make it glitch. Wayyy to much plain acoustic piano for a glitch/synthetic heavy genre. Also, personally not a huge fan of the drum crash sound, its a bit too rock.

I would:

1) Pick a synth or other instrument over acoustic piano 2) Sample the riffs then remix them 3) Break up/glitch your own drum tracks, don't just lay the midi out to "sound" like break core 4) Experiment way more with filters and EQ, even a basic low pass sweep would make it sound a little more break core

Overall good first try, but room to improve. Keep at it man

If it’s your first attempt it’s not bad. Main issue for a track that’s 2:42 there is little to no change throughout the tune. So the track overall does not have any development so as a result it’s repetitive. Keep at it!
