Request: Recommendations for trans friendly therapists and/or doctors in the Brussels area...

As the title says. Can be FR or EN. Thank you in advance kind people.

You can reach http://www.exaequo.be/

They have a list of TTBM (tres tres bon medecin) for the LGBTQIA+

You can easily have a rdv with them and request the list based on your needs.

Good suggestion although in my experience exaequo seems more focused on men who have sex with men rather than trans people.

You’re right. They are more focused on men. I would still give them a shot. They might know another association that can be more focused on trans.

You can ask suggestions to the rainbow house they are currently doing a advocacy for better healthcare trans people and might have names of professionals with that profile info@rainbowhouse.be

Dr Moonens is the GP of a trans friend and she's awesome on all fronts. She also knows other trans friendly practitioners.

You have Epicentre in St Gilles with plenty of LGBTQIA+ friendly therapists, and I can recommend the Maison Medicale Flagey for GP's, especially Manon Baile. Young and great GP.

I think the 1040 Collectif maison medicale in Etterbeek is ok. But there is probably a waiting list. In the same building as OdentoSmile dentists.
