Fire at the Centre Ville

Does anyone have any idea why was there a lot of smoke in Rue Haute near place de la Chapelle today? I heard some people talking about a fire and heard a lot of fire trucks as well.

We passed by the area just now and saw the smoke. There were also a lot of young people running away from the police around Mont des Arts.
